Description
New method. Background colours first. Now once dried and pressed I'll be inking in... something along the lines of what I've recently been playing with. Then a fine brush with possibly some water based enamel or acrylic and a clear enamel gloss over the top.

This watercolor effect is achieved with cotton wool dampened. Then 3 or 4 colors absorbed and then the cotton wool is splatted onto the paper. Very random and chaotic an act creates such lovely colors. Be mindful of excess pigmentation and water being absorbed by the cotton ball. I also chose gradients of color and tried to blend them.
